In the event that any person or property owner is dissatisfied with any order or determination made by the District Engineer, that is not covered by a specific appeal provision contained elsewhere in the District Code, that person or property owner may, within 14 days of the date of service of that order or determination file an appeal to the Board of Directors. The appeal shall be filed with the Secretary of the Board. The appeal shall be in writing, be accompanied by the filing fee established by resolution of the Board and shall specify the grounds upon which the appeal is taken. When the appeal period ends on a day when the District offices are not open to the public for business, the time limits shall be extended to the next full working day. (Ord. 119 § 1, 2007)
