At the hearing the Board will review the record of the decision made, the appellant’s written position and documentation and hear testimony from the appellant, the District Engineer, and any other interested party. After the hearing, the Board shall affirm, modify or revise the original decision. When a decision is modified or reversed, the Board shall state on the record the specific reasons for the reversal, or modification. The Secretary shall send a notice to the applicant within 7 days confirming the Board’s decision. (Ord. 119 §1, 2007)
