The regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Santa Cruz County Sanitation District shall hereafter be set by resolution at the last meeting of the calendar year (December meeting) for the upcoming calendar year. In general, there shall be two meetings a month, except for the months of November and December, for which there shall be one meeting only.
