The compensation of each member of the Board of Directors for services for each meeting of the District Board attended by him or her is fixed at $100 for each meeting of the District Board attended by him or her, or for each day’s service rendered as a member by request of the Board, not to exceed a total of 6 days in any calendar month, together with any expenses incident thereto.
