The Board may issue bonds to acquire, construct, reconstruct, alter, enlarge, lay, renew, replace, maintain and operate sewerage works and related facilities. Such bonds may be issued in accordance with the provisions of the State Health and Safety Code and such other provisions of law as may be applicable. (Ord. 1 §2.9, 1973)
