The District Engineer may determine that a proposed sewer be constructed as a public rather than a private sewer. In such case, all provisions in this chapter for the construction of public sewers shall apply. (Ord. 72 §1, 1991; Ord. 15 §4, 1975; Ord. 3 §3.8, 1973)
