Criteria for grading shall be in accordance with Figures SS-2A and SS-2B of the Santa Cruz County Design Criteria (latest edition), with the additional requirements that trench backfill shall meet the relative compaction required by the criteria, to be determined by County staff in accordance with California Test Method 216 as defined by CALTRANS’ TEST MANUAL (latest edition).
