Estimated fees for all necessary plan checking and inspection fees shall be deposited in a trust fund in advance of construction. Only actual costs incurred will be billed to this account. The District shall have the right to charge, and the installer shall pay, any necessary administrative and engineering fees incurred by the District for the work performed.
