A. In the event that any person is dissatisfied with the determination of the total number of connections which can be made to the line, that person may appeal therefrom within fifteen days after receipt of such determination by filing written notice of appeal, stating the grounds thereof, with the Board.

B. At the next regular meeting of the Board, the Board shall hear such appeal and make its determination, which shall be final for the purposes of the application of this article. (Ord. 72 §1, 1991; Ord. 3 §7.7, 1973)
