This chapter is intended to provide rules and regulations for the use of, and abatement procedures for, both interim individual sewage disposal systems and those systems connected to the public sewer in the Santa Cruz County Sanitation District. Notwithstanding the provisions of the California Plumbing Code as applicable to this County, this ordinance is also intended to supplement general County ordinances, rules and regulations applicable thereto.
