Whenever a reference is made to this code as the “Santa Cruz County Sanitation District Code” or to any portion thereof, or to any ordinance of the Santa Cruz County Sanitation District, codified in this code, the reference shall apply to all amendments, corrections and additions heretofore, now or hereafter made.
