All meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held in the meeting room of the District’s East Cliff Station at 2750 Lode Street, off 26th Avenue, in Santa Cruz, California 95062, except the second meeting in June, which shall be held in the Public Works department on the 4th Floor, County Government Center, 701 Ocean Street, Santa Cruz, California, unless, in either case, they shall adjourn to or fix another place of meeting in a notice to be given thereof. If, by reason of fire, flood, earthquake, or other emergency, it shall be unsafe to meet in the place designated, the meetings may be held for the duration of the emergency at such place as is designated by the presiding officer of the Board.
