A. Appeals by Contractor. Appeals of decisions shall be initiated within ten days of the decision. The District shall be considered an interested party.

B. Time Limits. When the appeal period ends on a day when the District offices are not open to the public for business, the time limits shall be extended to the next full working day. (Ord. 97 §1, 1999)
