The District Board of Directors shall establish sewer service charges by resolution, and in so doing shall distinguish the different classes of service made available and set sewer service charges appropriate to each class of service. Charges may be fixed and revised from time to time with the objective that the District sewer system shall be operated on a sound economic basis. (Ord. 154 §3, 2024)
