7.04.690 Annexation Fees.
This section is included in your selections.
The following amounts shall be paid to the District at the time an application for annexation is filed:
A. Single parcels or multiple parcels of less than four acres.
1. Annexation Fee: seven hundred twenty dollars per acre of area to be annexed;
2. Processing Fees: as established by State legislation and the Local Agency Formation Commission.
B. Multiple parcel of four acres or more.
A combined annexation/processing fee based on the total acreage of the area to be annexed as follows:
